Mentoring programs come in a wide variety of styles and sizes. Some are designed to bolster a person regarding an addiction while others are built around a concept for success in the workplace. BCM has been mentoring people for a number of years and has learned a valuable tool in reaching the goals that bring about the successes. Each person is different and thus, each person is dealt with as an individual and not a collective. Click here to learn more.

BCM Statement of FaithThe sole basis of our beliefs is the Bible, God’s infallible written Word, the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments. We believe that it was uniquely, verbally and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit and that it was written without error (inerrant) in the original manuscripts. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters on which it speaks. We accept those areas of doctrinal teaching on which, historically, there has been general agreement among all true Christians. Because of the specialized direction of B2M, we desire to allow for freedom of conviction on other doctrinal matters, provided that any interpretation is based upon the Bible alone, and that no such interpretation shall become an issue which hinders the work to which God has called us.There is one true God, eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – each of whom possesses equally all the attributes of Deity and the characteristics of personality.Jesus Christ is God, the living Word, who became flesh through His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit and His virgin birth. Hence, He is perfect Deity and true humanity united in one person forever. He lived a sinless life and voluntarily atoned for human sins by dying on the cross as a substitute, thus satisfying divine justice and accomplishing salvation for all who trust in Him alone. He rose from the dead in the same body, though glorified, in which He lived and died.He ascended bodily into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God the Father, where He, the only mediator between God and humanity, continually makes intercession for His own.Adam and Eve were originally created in the image of God. They sinned by disobeying God; thus, they were alienated from their Creator. That historic fall brought all people under divine condemnation.Human nature is corrupted. As a result, all people are totally unable to please God. Everyone is in need of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit.Salvation is wholly a work of God's free grace and is not the work, in whole or in part, of human works or goodness or religious ceremony. God imputes His righteousness to those who put their faith in Christ alone for their salvation, and thereby justified them in His sight. It is the privilege of all who are born again of the Spirit to be assured of their salvation from the very moment in which they trust Christ as their Savior. This assurance is not based upon any kind of human merit, but is produced by the witness of the Holy Spirit, who confirms in the believer the testimony of God in His written word. The Holy Spirit has come into the world to reveal and glorify Christ and to apply the saving work of Christ to individuals. He convicts and draws sinners to Christ, imparts new life to them, continually indwells them from the moment of spiritual birth and seals them until the day of redemption. His fullness, power and control are appropriated in the believer's life by faith.Believers are called to live so in the power of the indwelling Spirit that they will not fulfill the lust of the flesh but will bear fruit to the glory of God.Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, His Body, which is composed of all people, living and dead, who have been joined to Him through saving faith.God admonishes His people to assemble together regularly for worship, for participation in ordinances, for edification through the Scriptures and for mutual encouragement. At physical death the believer enters immediately into eternal, conscious fellowship with the Lord and awaits the resurrection of the body to everlasting glory and blessing. At physical death the unbeliever enters immediately into eternal, conscious separation from the Lord and awaits the resurrection of the body to everlasting judgment and condemnation.Jesus Christ will come again to the earth – personally, visibly and bodily – to consummate history and the eternal plan of God.The Lord Jesus Christ commanded all believers to proclaim the Gospel throughout the world and to disciple people from every nation. The fulfillment of that Great Commission requires that all worldly and personal ambitions be subordinated to a total commitment to “Him who loved us and gave Himself for us.”

BELIEVE CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES
At Believe Christian Ministries, we are committed to developing church leaders and community leaders; equipping them with valuable knowledge and materials, so they can go out into their communities, bringing hope and love to others searching for a better life . When a leader is equipped and empowered correctly, communities are transformed. We engage with young adults, pastors, and other leaders and mentors to prepare them to lead, by modeling Christ-like character for use in their areas of influence. believe Christian Ministries exemplifies to epitamy of the Great Commission set forth by God’s Word to a dieing, hurting world.
Believe Christian SchoolBelieve Christian School: We believe that education is the single greatest investment tool any community can use to mold its future citizens. When we educate the population we create sustainable wealth and a more resilient health factor. Through this philosophy, BCM has opened a primary school (Believe Christian School) in Mayuge District in the Eastern Region of Uganda. The BCS is at times, called ‘a school in a tree shed’ as kids are currently studying in tree sheds with only a very old church building for the 3 year olds. Educating children is something BCM values highly, especially when it pertains to offering Christ-centred, high quality, value based education. WHY IT IS IMPORTANT:Education is a huge issue in Uganda. The country itself does have what is called ‘Universal Primary Education’, so every child is supposed to be able to go to school without having to pay. However, most children don’t have easy access to the government schools. And, if they do, those schools are often extremely underfunded and inefficient. Many times the teachers don’t show up for days at a time. Many of the private schools, on the other hand, are rife with corruption. Some schools will even pass students on to the next grade, regardless of how well they are doing, just to make the school look good. Other schools hold children back a year intentionally, even if they are doing well, in order to get an extra year of school fees. Often times the leaders of the schools don’t take much interest or take time with their staff to train and encouraging them, so the staff ends up doing the same with the students. Most schools are understaffed and have very little resources to perform at a decent level. Early 2022, Believe Christain School was created to meet the needs of the families and children in and around Busakira. At BCS we teach the national curriculum but from a sound biblical perspective. We focus on giving our students, staff and families, the love, and care and resources that they need to thrive in life. We believe our school is a ‘game changer’ in the country, as is our other program, Believe Christian Publishers which is supplying the school with books and work materials, all written from a Biblical perspective. Our teachers are being trained to become the most effective teachers possible, engrained with a divine directive to follow the precepts and teachings of Jesus Christ.NEXT STEPS:When the Believe Christian School started in 2022, we only had classes from Kindergarten through Primary 1 (Grade 1). The following year we added Primary 2 (Grade 2). The BCM plan is to keep adding one grade every new academic year until it becomes a full primary (elementary) school. Our goal is to then start building a classroom every term until we have enough permanent learning space for all of our children. BCS does not only serve the children in the community, we also serve as a center for reaching out to the communities around us.Once each month, community members meet at the school to learn abouttransformational agriculture, community savings and preventive health measures.BCS is planning for adult literacy classes that enable parents to learn English. It is also in our future plans to use the school as a center for community discipleship classes. As you can see, Believe Christian School is a multi-faceted, modern, Bible-based organizationthat is upwardly mobile in a difficult world setting.

Mentoring outdoors to young minds
BELIEVE CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES
EducationAt Believe Christian Ministries, children are a core part of our endeavours. The children in Uganda today will eventually be the next generation of leaders, and they are also some of the most vulnerable members of our society. Through BCM Education Programs, we are able to meet the needs of those vulnerable children, who would otherwise have little to no access to education and healthcare. Consequently, they might never hear the gospel of Jesus Christ. BCM runs a school, publishes Biblically integrated books and even trains school leaders and teachers of other schools how to teach biblical based criteria.Working through Busakira Village and Kyebando Baptist Church, we identify and reach out to the most vulnerable of these families and the children who are in need of sponsorship. Our Child Sponsorship Programs then connect them with sponsors around the world. We currently have 2 Child Development Programs in operation that strive to develop their character, their competence, and their calling for hundreds of children throughout our programs.
Learning should begin early
Teaching others has been an ongoing process for centeries. Mothers and fathers teach their young to work at what they have learned from their parents and teachers. If we don’t instruct our children early, they will be ignorant and which brings about poverty, sickness, strife along many other negative outcomes in life. Believe Christian Ministries has established a bold and effective plan to teach these at risk children along with the adults that desire to learn, all of the essential aspects of higher learning and its many long term benefits.BCM has published workbooks and other teaching materials that aid in the learning process. Having the right approach insures a better chance of success and eventual prosperity for those minds, young and old, wanting a better life.Below are some examples of the many workbooks that have been published and then issued to our students by Believe Christian Ministries.

BUSAKIRA VILLAGE PROJECT & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENTPart of the work BCM does is focused in and around Kampala, the capitol city of Uganda. Surprisingly, the founder of BCM does not originally come from the big city. In fact he was born and raised from a very remote village in the Eastern Region of Uganda. Our BCM Director, Samuel Davis, in his wisdom and out of a humble heart chose to partners with great friends to develop the community that raised him. Samuel’s goal for the Busakira Village project and community development give a hand to his own escape the venomous bite of poverty through Social community empowerment. The Busakira Village Project is a place where we go to immerse into the community completely. This complete immersion helps us to see the challenges of village life from an insider’s perspective, allowing us to locate and identify needs within the community. Someday, we hope this project will be a replicable model for community development and poverty eradication as we walk alongside Samuel's vision and the local leaders to create ripples of impact in the village. We are already have a school and are empowering the community members through a robust mindset change campaign. BCM has built a well (borehole) which currently serves nearly 600 people with clean and safe water. We are training the villagers how to approach farming from business perspective as opposed to just forming for home food. Another way we hope to make an impact in the village is by holding farming seminars and classes to show local farmers how to increase yields by using the Farming God's Way tool. This simple and extremely practical tool can help change the community, quite literally, from the ground up by allowing these subsistence farmers (families who survive off of what they are growing) to get the most out of their land. We are extremely excited to see what is next for BCM in Busakira.
